Guarantee of authenticity
Polarstern Sachwert guarantees the authenticity of the bars. Polarstern Sachwert only buys new bars from recognized manufacturers such as Heimerle + Meule in Pforzheim. The bars are provided with an original certificate from the manufacturer.
Buyback guarantee
Polarstern Sachwert guarantees to buy back your precious metals. You can sell some or all of your precious metals to Polarstern Sachwert online every day during trading hours. The sale amount will be credited to your account immediately.
Precious metals are protected against insolvency
The precious metals are stored separately from Polarstern Sachwert’s assets. In this way, they are protected against insolvency.
You are the owner of your precious metals
The precious metal you have purchased will be credited to your storage account and can be viewed by you at any time in your online custody account. You can have your precious metals delivered at any time.
Independent control of the use of funds
In order to ensure independent control of Polarstern Sachwert’s business operations, an independent funds controller carries out checks on the inventories.
Polarstern Sachwert grants the controller access to all payments and inventories at all times. After each audit, the controller prepares a report on the results of the audit.
